Powercycle360 is an IT company that specializes in Point of Sale (POS) installs, infrastructure set-ups, maintenance in the form of agile break fixes (technical support services when there are issues), among other IT related tasks.

Powercycle360 is led by the Founder, who is also the Field Services Director, Michael Ngolovoi. He has an MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) coupled with a passion for IT which makes him more than qualified to manage Powercycle360. He has more than 5 years’ work  experience from Verizon Data Center NOC (formerly Terremark) where he was part of an agile Response Team that took care of the Cloud and infrastructure outages.

He has applied the best practices from his previous work experience to set up and train a team of experts with the same professional mind-set to always ensure that issues are handled speedily and conclusively to the satisfaction of the clients.
